Using Grove Park as the case study, the workshop will walk through the various tactics used to mobilise the campaigns and empower the local citizens to come together to make a difference in their neighbourhood. Through the neighbourhood planning process, the talk will also explore how the community, marginalised by the political and planning process, reimagined a powerful alternative vision for their neighbourhood that is now gaining political traction.
